Interim Management

Emergency cover. From time to time you will need expertise urgently to cover a particular emergency. This could range from a sudden resignation or fraud or illness or even death. We can offer a per diem rate plus disbursements to cover situations which match our skills. We have particular expertise in the financial management of Independent Schools.

M.D and F.D. cover. We have both operated at MD and FD levels and will respond quickly and add value to your systems as well as deal with the day to day nitty gritty.

Duration. A project could be as short as a few days or as long as 3 months but during that time we will help you establish a job description and even assist with interviewing if required.

Define our role. We can take the financial pressure off your shoulders if we provide interim financial management and other pressures if our role is to be more general.

Reporting. In certain circumstances there will be the requirement for high levels of discretion and we can report to directors or executive committees as required.

Charges Usually it will be appropriate for us to be engaged on a per diem rate at your premises, although in certain circumstances work could be carried out remotely
