Key indicators. It is surprising how few organisations know their key indicators daily. This should take up no more than half a page of A4. We can help identify what your key indicators are and set up simple systems to produce them.

Financial discipline. This starts when an order is placed or received but so often we find that businesses “wait for the invoice”. We will look at your systems and make you far more responsive and able to handle sudden changes.

Trading information. It is important that meaningful information be produced on a regular basis. This will not only avoid “surprises” at the year end but assist in negotiations with supplier credit limits.

Planning. Whilst we do not advocate devoting excessive management time to the preparation of budgets and plans it is a useful discipline for the setting of targets such as sales, gross margins etc.

Systems Analysis. We will review any aspect of your operational or management systems and recommend and, if required, implement new systems.
